Custom PSoC-based Rapid Prototyping Services:
Ever been stuck rigging up something custom, but know exactly what is needed to solve the problem?  Some vital yet relatively simple function that just isn't available in a retail product?
CpE can program the PSoC microcontroller to do a variety of tasks all with customized logic, and is now making these general capabilities available to the public at consumer-level prices.

Perhaps you want your vehicle to say something to you when you turn the key on, and then something different when you shut it off.
Jeff from Winter Springs, FL wanted this functionality, along with the ability to select between two different .WAV files for both the turn on and turn off events with toggle switches.
This project, including his custom sound files, all fit into a single CY8C29466 PSoC with a few passive components, and was completed in a couple days.  A photo is below (click for detail):

Another example of a simple project is the RS-232 Debugger / Observer Module; pictured on the right in the below photo, this handy tool monitors both directions of communications and repeats these data sreams out to a PC serial port in a customizable format.  From here the data can be displayed on a terminal or logged & analyzed with a custom PC application.
This unit was designed to connect via the standard 5-pin PSoC programming connector, to easily debug PSoC prototypes without requiring any new debug components.

For most simple tasks requiring a minor amount of design and circuitry, a complete tested prototype with schematic and instructions will cost $100.00 USD
More complex projects will require further discussion and incur additional development and parts costs.
